About the Boys
With a combine experience of over 50 years in high end restaurants and hotels ,international and national teams, we want to create a line of chocolate products that encompasses our name “Elements of Chocolate” and has the same care and attention to detail we have strived for over the years .
We carry that same focus through to our ingredients, the quality of the fines Belgian chocolate and to our craft, so our clients can receive a completely memorable and unique experience.
About the Craft
We tirelessly work only in small batches, to ensure the quality of the chocolates. Each chocolate is Hand Shelled and can take a number of days to create. For each filling we source local in the
North West, nationally and with care from around the world.
Firstly, each mould is individually polished to ensure that signature shine, then we hand paint on our colours to give a jewel like finish. Only then can we add our first layer of chocolate. We then fill with some much loved quality flavours and finial we close our chocolate with the finest Belgian chocolate.
